As long as you buy and pay on time, everything is OK with the company. But woe betide it happens a mistake while transferring, pending payment etc, you don't get a reminder but letters from the lawyer. And you have to reach the customer center, the supposedly nice ladies, and nobody reacts to emails, even if we have received a read receipt. Stay away from this company !!!!!!
I always order the wine for my father. I don't understand the negative criticism, don't have to buy when you call. I am glad that I have the Graf red wine, the best value for money. The safe is great, I have already sold it to many friends and acquaintances. Everyone is excited. And I can decide for myself whether I order when I call or not. I will continue to enjoy the wine and recommend it to others. Thanks for the good drop :-)
According to the recessions here on the internet, I'm probably not an isolated case. I also advise everyone against this dubious company. In fact, I order a lot of wine every year, but NO LONGER WITH THIS COMPANY next time! Here we have a classic case for the "Attention Rip-Off" series. As a customer, I feel very badly treated and really overwhelmed by the sales pitches. You should find out about consumer rights in Germany well in advance and think about an order process three times. In addition, there are the regular and annoying phone calls that have been with us for several years. The request on the phone to refrain from doing this is pointless. Because of these unpleasant events, I now even doubt the promised quality and wonder whether the ingredients are all so healthy for me.
If you don't buy and politely decline, you hang up ... Well ... makes the decision easy

Insolent and pushy. Promotional / sales calls every 4 weeks. I have repeatedly (definitely four times already) quite emphatically and definitely asked not to be bothered - without success. I already know the number (s). If I don't answer the phone, the fools call 3 to 4 times a day. Dear owner, your standard phrase "Please always contact our customer service if you have any questions, order requests or problems. The ladies can almost always help." it does not work. Probably only the crowbar will help. E-mail with the request to refrain from constant advertising / sales calls goes out today. With the next call (and it is sure to come), emails and conversation notes go to the warning attorney. Apparently there is no other way. At the same time, I will now make every effort to "rate" the shiceladen accordingly.
Am very disappointed! All just a lie what is told at the fair !! Called customer services twice and everything is still wrong! I was told at the fair that the juices are stable for 2 years and what is ... they will last until November 2020 !!! The first time I was called it said you made a mistake with the bottles they would send me new ones .... and what is .. exactly the same bottles with the same expiration date !!!
Impossible, so intrusive, you are constantly called and outraged. We asked several times to refrain from making the calls. Not a good company philosophy. Hands off! There is even 1 star too much.
If you are constantly called on behalf of this company, you lose customers!
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, we have just placed our second order. We were in Rüdesheim last year with incredibly warm elderly people who presented us with very good wine. First order in 2019 was very good and we are very satisfied. For my wife, very great wines, including non-alcoholic aperitifs and, of course, very suitable for me :-). We are really looking forward to the new order. Advice was again super warm. As young customers (28/29 years), we cannot understand negative reviews in Googel. You suddenly get wine sent home without ever ordering any! Package not accepted. The package then arrived again at some point, again not accepted! Receive an invoice of over € 300 ...!? They are apparently their best customers themselves, and constantly drunk, otherwise you can not imagine such a dubious business practice! I can more than advise against this company!

Promotional calls at regular intervals with offers. Several times I have asked to leave these calls. Without success. At the fifth request to leave me alone at last it was said that one had no influence on it, one would have to revoke the consent elsewhere in writing. Who acts as deceitful and anti-client, has earned the bad rating with a star!
I bought the beautiful white wines (2016 / Spatlese). The taste and smell is really good. I can give 5 stars for the recommendation of the owner. Also many critics say about the transport, but for me it was good. Friendly old man delivered wine to me with a smile. Advantage: Before you buy you can taste a lot of wine from the region. Here you will also find some rare wines. Disadvantage: you have to buy 6 or 12 wines. If you live outside Europe, I can not recommend this shop.

On July 25, 2018 In Rüdesheim together with the in-laws in the "branch" ordered wine. The lady seemed very cordial, even if a little pushy in the end when it came to the order. We were not deterred, had already had a little wine and ordered the wine (36 bottles) for around 120 euros. A typo and that would be 135 euros Not bad, it can happen. August 22nd A call from the company. "Hello, we would like to deliver the wine you have ordered. Would you like 2 pm tomorrow?" August 23 .... 20:00 ..... no wine. 04.09.2018 (Today) A call from the company. "Hello, we would like to deliver the wine you have ordered tomorrow." .... kindly declined. In the 6 weeks we would have almost "died of thirst".
I can only say that I am fully satisfied. Sure there are in the 15 years since I am a customer always something wrong, but I always have a great contact person at my local wine consultant. Or with the ladies in customer service at Graf von Rüdesheim. It's just as always in life, talk to each other. Otherwise the products are TOP there is nothing better especially in the lovely area. Also, I think it's good that there is something free with every order. That's why 5 stars I always like to buy.
